Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Digitizer Global account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
